Cumuluslog is a comprehensive cloud-based aviation administration platform built for flying clubs and private pilots. It manages flight logs, member registry, finances, training, reservations and documents — all in one system.
Electronic flight record for your aircraft. Flight data can be recorded/searched on customized interfaces. Users of the organization with appropriate authorization can record any flight (instructors, administrators, technical operators). Pilots can also record their own flight in the system, which is later approved by the owner of the profile. If there is an ogn/flarm in the aircraft, the system will offer the last detected arrival/disembarkation times when recording your own flight.
Users can predict flight needs through the plane reservation module. The interface prevents reservations overlapping and informs about the current occupancy. The system sends a notification about the reservations to the owners
The function enables the electronic registration of training tasks. Each organization has its own training opportunities to use its theme in the system. The interface helps in planning before flights, as well as after the execution of the tasks in coordinating flights and tasks, as well as recording errors. Through this, the individual tasks are clearly defined they are traceable to the actual machine log entry. At the end of the day, the trainers also aggregate the entries of their training tasks are achieved, they can be approved after a classification. About the trainings, an electronic training diary can be downloaded in PDF format, a at any stage of training, which contains all the information.
